Returns & Refund Policy
All wedding gowns are produced especially for each order. Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the dress.
The client must notify us in writing prior to returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once the gown is returned to us in its original condition, a refund will be issued. Shipping costs to and from the client will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We strongly recommend reviewing the bridal size chart carefully before completing your purchase, as each gown is produced according to the selected measurements.
